Cardio Tennis

Tennis Australia’s Cardio Tennis is the best way to work out whilst having fun.  It uses tennis as a platform for a high energy workout to music.  You will hit a ton of balls in an hour, and get your heart rate and steps up in a relaxed and fun environment. Suitable for any level of player and fitness level. You can push yourself as hard as you want to go.  Our coaches are able to tailor the class to different fitness levels.

 

I joined Cardio Tennis and it is a great way to get fit while playing tennis. Different abilities all join in the exercises and it is challenging for all. Time flies by when you’re having fun.
